Introducing Myself: Shahid KP

Welcome to the space where I share ideas, stories, and reflections from my journey as an entrepreneur, mentor, and storyteller.

I’m Shahid KP, founder and CEO of Crivlab, as well as the voice behind Crivtales, our storytelling arm. I’m also the inventor of USS-BI (Upskilling, Sourcing, Storytelling – Business Innovation), an award winning innovation framework designed to help businesses grow sustainably while empowering people.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across the UK, UAE, India, and the GCC, and engaging with over 25,000 students, startups, business owners, and HNIs in 60+ countries—helping them think differently, innovate, and flourish.

My journey has always been guided by a few simple beliefs:

• People are the greatest asset of any organization, and everyone can be a brand ambassador.

• Creativity is the future, and nurturing it can solve the toughest challenges.
